Ayush heads the dispute practice in the Mumbai office of K Law. Prior to K Law, he was associated with firms like Khaitan & Co. and AZB & Partners.
With a career spanning over 13 years, Ayush has vast experience in international and domestic disputes, white collar crimes and insolvency and bankruptcy. He has advised several corporate power houses and multinational companies, both domestic and international spanning various industries and sectors. He has extensive experience in sectors including shareholder disputes, infrastructure, insurance, petrochemicals, financial institutions, telecom, hospitality, manufacturing, tobacco, information technology and consumer.
Known for his attention to detail and key sense of strategy, Ayush has been a part of multiple high value litigations which have led to landmark judgments being passed by courts in India.
Outside of his day to day commitment to his work and professional life, Ayush has recently incorporated the “Vishik Seva Foundation”, a not for profit organisation, which will aim at helping the underprivileged with access to quality lawyers and legal representation.
