Naina Krishna Murthy is the Founding Partner of K Law. She started her career with Arthur Anderson followed by a stint as the in-house Counsel at Biocon. Naina founded K Law in 1999 in Bengaluru; under her leadership & guidance, K Law today is a full-service Indian law firm with 85+ lawyers in offices at Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi & Chennai. Naina is based out of the Mumbai office. Naina has been practicing law for 24 years
Nikhil Krishnamurthy heads the Intellectual Property and Media & Entertainment divisions at K Law. With over two decades of specialized practice, Nikhil has considerable experience in IP litigation, prosecution, licensing and enforcement matters. He has managed the IP enforcement campaigns of various luxury and pharmaceutical brands and software companies.
Shweta is the Managing Partner of K Law. She started her career with K Law in 2004 and has been committed to the Firm ever since. Her commitment to work, integrity, dedication to K Law and its clients have enabled her to grow exponentially within the Firm and she now heads the Corporate and Commercial law practice in Bengaluru. Shweta has made K Law one of the leading law firms in Bengaluru.
Rashmi is a Senior Partner in K Law’s Bengaluru office. She heads the real estate practice of the Firm advising clients on transactions across various locations in India Prior to joining K Law, Rashmi was working with Khaitan & Co LLP as partner in the Bangalore office, heading the real estate practice across South India. Rashmi joined Khaitan & Co LLP in 2013 and set up the real estate practice.

Alok is a Partner in K Law’s Mumbai Office and is a part of the M&A and Private Equity Practice Group. He has advised several clients on transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, strategic alliances, private equity investments
Mustafa is a Solicitor and an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India. Mustafa heads the dispute practice in the Mumbai office of K Law.
Chandan is a Partner in K Law’s Bengaluru office. He started his career in 2004 in litigation practice but changed tracks to practice in corporate law. He has been with K Law since 2010 and has been handling general corporate, employment and real estate practice.
Shujath is a Partner in K Law’s Bengaluru office. He started his career under the able guidance of Senior Counsel Mr. MB Nargund & Sona Vakkund in 2008 and has been committed to litigation practice ever since.
Zeeshan is a Partner at Mumbai office of K Law. He specialises in Banking Finance and Restructuring & Insolvency and Enforcement Advisory related work. Prior to K Law, he was associated with firms like Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., AZB &
Aditya heads the disputes practice in the Delhi office of K Law. He has almost 10 years’ experience in representing and advising clients on both domestic and cross border disputes. He has acted for clients in both ad hoc as well as institutional arbitrations.
Chinthan specialises in patents and designs. His domain includes telecommunications, electronics, mechanical, and software. Prior to joining K Law, Chinthan was a Patent Consultant Lawyer with AMD Law Group (USA),
Christopher is a Partner at K Law and has over 10 years’ experience in advising reputed domestic and foreign venture capital funds, private equity funds and multinational corporations in connection with inbound and outbound mergers & acquisitions,
Gautam is a Partner at K Law and is based out of the firm’s Mumbai office. He started his career at K Law. He is an experienced legal professional with close to 13 years of working in the broadcast, media and technology industry.
