With 9+ years of experience, he regularly represents a wide array of clients in sectors such as real estate, public sector banks, cooperative banks, jute manufacturing, consumer electronics, insurance, LPG cylinder production, finance, hospitality, telecommunications, and gaming (casinos and traditional lottery organisers).

A seasoned litigator, Aniket has frequently represented clients ranging from MSMEs, startups, and multinational conglomerates to public companies, trusts, and partnerships before India’s highest judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Competition Commission of India (CCI), the Prevention of Money Laundering Appellate Tribunal (PMLA), the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and its Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC)

  • Successfully represented 14.2 kg LPG cylinder manufacturers before the Supreme Court of India in the landmark judgment Rajasthan Cylinders & Containers Ltd v. Union of India (2018 SCC Online SC 1718)
  • Successfully represented locomotive pilots before the Supreme Court of India in the reportable judgment Jarnail Singh v. Lachhmi Narain Gupta ([2018] 10 S.C.R 663) in the constitutional challenge to the M. Nagaraj case
