- Advised on obtaining and maintaining regulatory licenses from SEBI and RBI, including setting up Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), Housing Finance Companies (HFCs) and other regulated financial entities, and provided strategic guidance on change in control, business structuring, regulatory reporting and ongoing compliance with financial sector regulations
