Aditya heads the disputes practice in the Delhi office of K Law. He has almost 10 years’ experience in representing and advising clients on both domestic and cross border disputes. He has acted for clients in both ad hoc as well as institutional arbitrations. He has represented companies in the construction, energy, infrastructure, power, oil & gas, technology, and telecom sectors, before judicial forums in India as well as before arbitral tribunals.

He has handled infrastructure arbitrations pertaining to thermal power plants, hydro-electric power plants, electrification projects, oil pipelines, construction of dams, building construction projects, etc., and dealt with complex questions including overall project delays and quality issues.

Besides arbitrations, Aditya has a robust practice before the NCLT, advising banks and financial institutions on various issues. He has initiated many insolvency proceedings and also advised the Committee of Creditors while negotiating with the Resolution Applicants.

He has also advised clients on disputes relating to Copyright and Trademark infringement. Having a keen eye for detail, he has often managed to secure settlements for clients in seemingly unfavourable situations, putting an end to litigation, swiftly.
