Puneet is a Partner at K Law and is a part of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice in Bengaluru. He has advised multiple domestic and international clients on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions. He has experience in advising on complex deals across various sectors, such as fin-tech, information technology, ed-tech and e-commerce.

He believes in providing holistic and practical advise to his clients and has assisted several startups right and venture capital funds from their seed investments, through their growth phase, all the way up to the eventual exits.
