Shujath is a Partner in K Law’s Bengaluru office. He started his career under the able guidance of Senior Counsel Mr. MB Nargund & Sona Vakkund in 2008 and has been committed to litigation practice ever since. During his four-year tenure working in the Chambers of Mr. Nargund, Shujath handled numerous high-profile cases challenging and defending the elections of MPs and MLAs under the Representation of People Act.

Prior to joining K Law in 2015, Shujath was also associated with Singh & Associates and was handling the firm’s dispute resolution practice in Bangalore.

As a Partner heading K Law’s Dispute Resolution Practice in Bangalore, Shujath brings with him a wide array of expertise in corporate, real estate and general litigation. In the past seven years of Shujath’ s association with K Law, he has not only built the firm’s litigation practice but has also built a team of competent lawyers who efficiently handle the firm’s dispute resolution practice with utmost dedication and commitment.
